Route - Part 5 El Pital, Ahuachapan, El Salvador to San Jose,
La Union, El Salvador The trip across El Salvador will be fairly quick. Although we had talked about originally by-passing El Salvador, the route from Guatemala through Honduras was fairly mountainous, so we thought 'why not', it also means we will have visited another country in Central America.
