Route - Part 3

Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Tuxtla Chico, Chiapas, Mexico
minimum 1,786 kms

We have decided to stay on the Gulf of Mexico side on the journey down as the roads are not so steep and winding as those on the West coast. Eventually, we must head over to the Pacific side turning South at Acayucan until we turn East again at La Ventosa and follow the Gulf of Tehuantepec to the Guatemalan border.
